By purchasing, downloading, or using any template or digital product from Tekano Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to the terms below. Please read them before using our products.

1. Licensing

Our templates are sold under either a Standard License or an Extended License.

Standard License

You may use the template for one published website, including a personal, commercial, or client project.

Extended License

You may use the template for unlimited published websites, including multiple personal, commercial, or client projects.

All licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable. You are buying the right to use the template, not ownership of the original template design or source files.

2. Digital Product Usage

You may:

Customize the template design, layout, colors, typography, images, and content.
Use the template according to the license you purchased.
Remove or modify Tekano Studio credits or footer mentions.
Publish the finished website as a live project.
Transfer a completed website to your client, based on your license.

You may not:

Resell, share, gift, or redistribute the original template files.
Upload the template to another marketplace, asset library, template directory, or public repository.
Sell a lightly modified version of the template as a new template.
Package the template as part of another template, UI kit, design system, or digital product.
Claim the original template design as entirely your own creation.
Create a competing template or theme that is substantially identical to the original.

3. Product Delivery

All products are digital and delivered through the platform, checkout provider, or download method shown at the time of purchase.

After purchase, you are responsible for downloading, saving, and securing your own copy of the product.

4. Payments

All payments must be completed before access to the product is provided. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Tekano Studio does not store your full payment details. Any payment-related issue may also be subject to the payment provider’s own terms and policies.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

6. Product Updates

We may update or improve our templates from time to time. If updates are available for a purchased product, we may provide access to the latest version.

However, lifetime updates are not guaranteed unless clearly stated on the product page.

7. Support

We provide basic support for paid customers. Support may include help with:

Template access or download issues.
Basic setup questions.
Bugs or issues found in the original template.

Support does not include custom design work, advanced development, third-party integrations, or major template modifications.

8. Ownership

All original templates, designs, components, assets, and source files remain the property of Tekano Studio.

You may own the final customized website you create using the template, but you do not own the original template itself.

9. Third-Party Tools

Some templates may use third-party tools, fonts, plugins, apps, or integrations. These third-party services may have their own terms, pricing, limitations, or account requirements.

Tekano Studio is not responsible for changes, issues, or limitations caused by third-party services.

10. Warranty

All products are provided “as is.” We aim to create high-quality templates, but we do not guarantee that every product will be error-free, compatible with every setup, or suitable for every specific purpose.
